Announced Monday, it appears that LinkedIn has jumped on the bandwagon with social buttons. Much like the “Like” button for Facebook and the “Follow” button for Twitter and Pinterest, LinkedIn now allows companies to embed a “Follow Company” button onto their homepages. This will allow LinkedIn users to follow a company on LinkedIn directly from the company’s website. If the user is already logged into LinkedIn, they will be able to follow the company right then and there. If not, all they will have to do is login and they’ll be instantly connected. Then, the user will receive the company’s news and updates straight to their LinkedIn news feed. “Whether you are looking to stay up-to-date on company news, career opportunities or industry trends, following companies on LinkedIn is a great and easy way to gain ... If you’re blogging for business, you most likely don’t have a lot of free time on your hands on any given day. You’re either blogging for your own business and therefore have a business to run first, or you’re a pro blogger juggling a bunch of clients. Either way you can’t leave managing your blog or your fantasy football team to the last minute. Whether you’re scheduling your blog posts or setting your fantasy football lineups, working a few weeks out gives you a better chance of not having to scramble at the last minute to have ... 3 tips to Conquering Your Goals
By: Luke Bogdan
If you are in any type of business you know how important it is to set goals. Conquering them can be difficult, especially if you don’t know anything about setting goals, let alone how to execute them. Tip #1: Design a plan of attack I like to think of goal as a Rubik’s cube. Sometimes you just need to step back and think about how to solve it, rather than turning it every which way. Designing a plan of a attack is the key to accomplishing any goal. For example, let’s say you’re a commercial real estate owner and your long term goal is to increase traffic to your new shopping center by 50% in the year 2012. You may start out by setting a monthly goal that will ultimately help you get one step closer to achieving that ultimate goal. Let’s say you decide to increase ... The Impact of Penguin on Websites
